1. Information We Collect
1.1 Video Content Delivery (IP Address)
When you request to stream or download video content through the App, your device must communicate with our server and content delivery infrastructure. As part of delivering the requested content to your device, your IP address is processed. We use this information only to deliver content and operate the service (for example: networking, routing, and security). We do not use IP addresses to identify you, and we do not use them for advertising.
1.2 Usage Analytics (TelemetryDeck)
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the App is used and to improve reliability and performance.
TelemetryDeck receives analytics “signals” (events) that we choose to send from the App. These signals may include:
- An anonymized, non-personal identifier associated with an app installation (not a name, email address, or advertising identifier),
- The type of action/event (for example: video download started/completed/failed, video playback started),
- A timestamp (processed in a privacy-preserving way),
- Device and app metadata (for example: OS version, app version, device type), and
- Additional event metadata we define for product analytics and performance measurement (for example: which video was downloaded/played, how long a download took, and playback counts).
We do not send TelemetryDeck personal data such as your name, email address, payment information, contacts, or precise location. TelemetryDeck is designed to avoid collecting direct identifiers (such as IP addresses) for analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Deliver video content and operate the App,
- Measure and improve App performance and reliability (including download speed, failures, and playback behavior),
- Understand aggregated usage trends (for example: which videos are downloaded most and how often videos are played), and
- Guide product improvements (for example: fixing bugs, improving content delivery, and prioritizing updates).
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We share information only as necessary to operate the App, including:
- Infrastructure and content delivery providers that deliver requested video content to your device, and
- TelemetryDeck as our analytics service provider, which processes the analytics signals described above on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and you should review this policy periodically.
